The ZP5 is a vertical lifting platform without a shaft (enclosure) and the need for a pit. With a load capacity of up to 300 kg and internal dimensions of 110 × 144 cm, the platform offers the possibility of use for not only manual but also electric or specialized wheelchairs, as well as children’s wheelchairs.
Due to its high-quality materials and construction, the platform can be used in both interiors and exteriors. The platform can be manufactured in two through variants – through in the transverse direction and through in the lateral direction. This allows the platform to be utilized in cases where it is necessary to approach the platform “from the side” due to the surrounding environment.
The Liftboy ZP5 platform for wheelchair users can be equipped with a foldable ramp, or it can be installed in a prepared pit, resulting in a completely level approach for the wheelchair.
Safety of Individuals Transported on the Platform
To ensure the safety of transported individuals, all our platforms meet the standards and regulations applicable to platforms for transporting persons with limited mobility. The platform is equipped with safety edges with pressure safety sensors, a STOP button, and a textured floor for better grip during rain, among other safety features.
The platform is equipped with a lifting ramp that closes before the platform starts moving and automatic opening doors. If required by the user or regulations, the platform can also be equipped with an emergency call button, which emits a sound signal when pressed.
Easy Operation and Installation
Thanks to the well-designed construction, the installation of the ZP5 platform is straightforward and takes a maximum of one day. No extensive construction modifications are necessary, and the entire drive and power supply for the platform require only a single 230 V outlet.
The operation is managed through buttons on the central control console of the platform, which are clear and very simple to use. Anyone with basic motor skills can learn to operate the platform within moments. If necessary, the controls can be customized according to the specific user’s requirements.
